Children's Liturgy of the Word
Children age four through 2nd grade are invited to leave the Assembly during the Liturgy of the Word. They go to their own space to hear the Scriptures on their own level and to engage in activities that help them to better understand the message. They return to their families during the Preparation of the Gifts. This option for children is available all year long, during the 9:00 and 11:00 Masses. If you would like to volunteer to lead Children's Liturgy, please call Sheila Gilbertson at 223-5562.

Gathering with a leader, the children read a Gospel for the day, hear about how it applies to them and receive a children's bulleting that goes along with what they have just learned.

You would be amazed and inspired by the wisdom that is shared in these short 20 minutes. Jesus said "Unless you have faith like a child, you shall not enter the kingdom." Let us learn from the little ones in our midst.
